FROM DEVOTED MOTHER TO GLOBAL AESTHETICS ICON
Harshita Adapa’s journey is a compelling example of how passion, resilience, and determination can transform an individual’s life, regardless of when they begin. For over fifteen years, Harshita lived a life centered around her family, embracing the full-time role of a mother with dedication and love. While she found joy and fulfilment in nurturing her loved ones, a quiet dream lived within her — a dream to do something meaningful for herself, to step into a world she was truly passionate about. That world was beauty and aesthetics.
In 2022, she decided to take a leap of faith and reenter herself professionally. Her first steps were rooted in education and training. In just two years, she achieved a clinical and academic milestone: she enrolled in Advanced Diplomas in Laser Aesthetics and Skin Aesthetics, which laid a solid technical foundation for her future endeavors. With an innate flair for precision, combined with a love for the science of skincare, she dived deep into the fields of beauty and Permanent Makeup (PMU), with an unwavering commitment that went on to become an international Master Trainer in PMU, accredited by the International Education Board.
But Harshita didn’t stop there. Her vision for the beauty field took her to the global stage, where she explored the world — South Korea and the Philippines — enhancing her skills in Korean Skin Techniques and skin innovations. She returned to launch HIBA — Aesthetics Salon and Academy in Vizag, Andhra Pradesh, a holistic skincare place where every individual is celebrated, empowered, and made to feel confident through quality education. Her mission is to educate, not just enhance appearances. She is on the ground that it’s never too late to start and never too early to dream and prove that it is possible to rewrite your life and pursue your purpose.
SOME Q & A WITH HARSHITA ADAPA:
Harshita Adapa: While studying Applied Chemistry, I became deeply intrigued by the science behind skincare product synthesis. The intersection of chemistry and skincare sparked a curiosity that gradually transformed into a genuine passion. I realised how most impactful fields rely on multi-path and scientific study, precision—and most importantly, how deeply it can affect and enhance self-image, and people’s confidence and wellbeing.
The more I explored, the more it fascinated me. It wasn’t just science—it’s an art with a calling. That scientific foundation helped me understand the ‘why’ behind the results we see on faces. That balance of logic and beauty has been one of the most fulfilling journeys of my life.
Harshita Adapa: Korean skin trends will always rank among the top in the global beauty market of 2025. I believe the focus on minimalist skincare regimens, ingredient transparency, and advanced technology like AI-based diagnostic tools will align with the growing demand for holistic beauty. What makes these solutions effective is the emphasis on multi-step regimens, advanced formulations, and non-invasive techniques. I’ve seen firsthand how results can transform not just skin, but also identities, routines, and youthfulness safely and sustainably. At HIBA, we educate clients and students with the same mindset — the best of Korean skincare merged with local needs. As people become more aware, I strongly believe that personalization, science-backed beauty, and minimal routines are exponentially scalable — and we fully align with this shift.
Harshita Adapa: The most vital skill every PMU (Permanent Makeup) artist must master is the ability to create a natural finish. The mark of a true PMU master lies in their ability—beyond precision and technique—to understand face symmetry, pigmentation science, and personalisation of results. Every stroke has a purpose, and it should enhance the client’s beauty, not overpower it. As I often say at HIBA: “The goal is to look like a refined version of yourself. You’re still YOU, just the best version of it.”
